Behind the Iron Curtain

Come inside a Maximum Security Prison.

Bio of The Unforgiven.

The project's purpose

Behind the Iron Curtain was created to give a voice to prisoners to express themselves as they seek to change and to be part of making amends for damage done by their crimes.

Post prisoners’ works

The first purpose will be to post prisoners’ works. These works will include essays, poetry, anecdotes, and memoirs. We will offer biographical spotlights on certain prisoners that will focus on what brought them to prison and what they have done to change (or not).

Raise money for victims of crime

The second purpose will be to raise money for organizations that assist the victims of crime. These funds will be raised by the production of a series of Chapbook like series of books with compilations of prisoners’ works. (Behind the Iron Curtain is licensed Non-Profit and how they are used will be documented on this site).

Please come with me on this journey

It won't be easy, for any of us, but at the end, hopefully we can all discuss what we need to do to change and make our world a better safer place.
